Shipping, Processing and Order Times

Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Delivery time: Generally, deliveries take between 6 and 10 business days (Monday–Friday)
Shipping costs: Free delivery on all orders

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be created once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking Issues

If you experience any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us.

Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to become available. In rare cases, tracking information may not update immediately, even though your order is still on its way.

Delivery Delays

In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur.

Missing Products

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions or fulfillment requirements.

If you order multiple products at once, not all items may arrive at the same time. Please don't worry—the remaining part of your order is usually delivered within 1–3 business days.
